So this is what I’ve been trying with the pic…
A woman and man are hit by a shock of green electricity. As they
are hit by the green electricity they shape-shift into a handsome
man reminiscent of Bradly Copper and a beautiful woman reminiscent
of Scarlett Johansson. They stare at the camera with a look of fear
on their faces as they look at each-other. High-quality movie
scene. photorealistic, incredible realism.
See anything changes that could help?

Try being more precise Heyta1. Specify who is being changed into
which person, are they looking at the camera or looking at
themselves. Adding “seamlessly” or “smoothly” before shapeshift can
help, and some sort of action like falling, standing, leaning over,
or turning can help it as well. 2 people separately changing in one
clip may also be harder than just one

Yeah... I can barely get the AI to do anything at all to me, trying
to get the AI to now change TWO people AND accurately means you
might be in for the long haul and just may have to try over and
over
I've been trying to do shapeshifting, possession, growth, BE....
haven't had much like yet. One thing that would help a ton would be
if the implemented a 2nd picture for the end frame, so the AI knows
what we want it to end up being and we can describe how to get to
it.

I discovered to my regret that the free version now sucks even
more. I waited 2 hours, I swear 2 hours of waiting for a video with
the image mode. The video came out wrong and I wasted 2 hours for
nothing. The site initially said 36 minutes of waiting and 3972
people before me, 20 minutes pass and I go to read; 57 minutes of
waiting and 8795 people before me (I swear). It finished processing
the video just 5 minutes ago and with a terrible result. This is
all a plan, they made the free mode slower and more stupid,
encouraging you or rather, forcing you to upgrade to the paid
version. The sad reality.

@ Shapeshifterry Damm, that's terrible. I had a feing because I was
just hitting send while doing something else and saw that the "wait
lines" were getting worse.
If its real, I think it's because the paid users are effectively
cutting in line so that's why the queue keeps growing

Well, there's also the fact they gave 3 days of unlimited credits
to everyone, even for non-paying people. That's going to create
TONS of traffic. I would think
that come next week, that will have eased off a little bit. But on
the whole you're right -- it's basically become untenable for
anyone who isn't subbing.

I think the annoying thing about the 'through the eyes' morphs is a
lot of times it just shifts to the left instead of crashing
through.

The numbers are almost certainly fake. They're throttling free
users to get them to upgrade to a paid plan, it's that simple. It's
like the thing writing.com does where it prevents people from
looking at interactives with free accounts with a BS "too much
traffic" message with the intent of people being annoyed enough to
pay. Give it another month and they'll throttle the $10 users too.

I have no real interest in going with a paid plan, even a
relatively cheap one. I'm just playing with a freebie, like it's a
video Etch-a-Sketch toy, as I'm sure a lot of you are doing.
However, I would be interested to know, from subscribers, if the AI
actually follows detailed prompts more successfully and
consistently if you're using the paid version. That's far more
relevant to me than how fast the video generation time is or being
put ahead of most of the crowd in the queue, as nice as those
features would be.
Right now, part of me thinks the wide, random deviations from
prompt instructions (i.e. going for camera angles and/or camera
moves opposite of what is stated in a prompt, using CGI
cartoon/game characters rather than composite "real" people (or
vice versa), outright ignoring some specific details, etc), is an
inherent limitation of the "learning" technology...
...but part of me suspects these difficulties in straightforward
following of basic prompt instructions may be deliberate, in the
free version, as another way to convince people to upgrade to a
paid subscription.
If it turns out to be an inherent limitation of the technology,
then I wonder why I'm largely wasting my time with this at all,
even with a handful of more-or-less successful results --which are
vastly outnumbered by failed results (and that's not even counting
the legion of unseen videos that somehow "didn't follow community
policies"). I could understand 2 or 3 attempts, out of 10, failing
to adequately follow the prompt, but having 1 or 2 successes out
of, say, 12 or 20 tries, is ridiculous.

I went with the $10 plan while they have this unlimited bonus and
while I don't think it follows prompts more successfully, the
amount of additional attempts with no wait times and 2 gens at once
gives you such a high chance of landing on a good outcome that I'm
having more success, Definitely don't think it'll be worth it
without unlimited gens
