Alright what if suddenly a company started selling shapeshifting
robots that can transform into anyone, even fictional characters
with an affordable price. The pros of this are the bots don't have
any sentience and can be programmed to your liking, would you buy
it?

This was actually the premise of a graphic novel that came out in
2022 called "Free Pass."

Like the concept!
I want it to shift between Tsunade from Naruto
And Kagome from Inuyasha
Two contrasting personalities with possibly different flavor
underneath

Wish anyone would write stories about this
Initially one teen would order it and have fun with it
Then, the next with his lesbian or bi sister caught several sights
of it
to the point that she's blackmailing him into sharing the robot
Would be nice!

Here is my concept for a shapeshifting robot girlfriend:
The story is about a regular guy who gets dumped and cucked by his
girlfriend. Left him depressed and betrayed by a woman he trusted
and loved most.
One day, a delivery man sends a big package to his door. It was
sent to his address and his name was on it, but the strange thing
is he didn't order anything.
With that, he decided to open the big box and check to see what was
inside. After opening the package, he sees a humanoid robot inside
the box, and it's a robotic woman. Suddenly, she opens her eyes and
scans her owner, he's shocked at first when the robot girl awakes.
The robot girl introduces herself and politely greets her owner,
and he also introduces himself awkwardly. Then, she steps out of
the box and asks her owner what he likes to do with her. He asks
the robot girl politely and awkwardly to try something comfortable.
With that, her whole robotic body starts to change and form into a
human-girl busty sexy big-breasted redhead.
He was amazed to see the transformation, except her whole body was
completely naked. She asks how she looks and he replies it's so
amazing. Then, she shows him more than just a form of a Redhead,
she repeatedly changes into many various girls from Anime, Cartoon,
comics, Celebrities, and some random women.
So how is it?

Ah yes the classic story of not ordering and it becomes something
interesting storyline, pretty good honestly
