There are a suprising amount of transformations in this movie, and most of these aren't just one shot. Too many to get into, so I'll just list 'em.
Most take place first while the testing to see whether the students are heroes or sidekicks is going on.

Yes, from what I've been told we can expect body-modification in
the form of muscular expansion and multiplying extremities.
Rumor has it there will be a significant AR segment in the movie
too.

i saw a trailer of that today and it looks like a really good
movie, did'ent see any of the TF's but it still loosk like a good
movie

In the Power Placement test, one of the new students turns in to a
copy of the coach (Bruce Campbell). He is the "Carbon copy guy"!

The Power Placement test will seperate the heroes from the
sidekicks (or support). Mr. Boy (aka All-American Boy) teaches the
sidekicks (support) team, while Dr. Medulla teaches the heroes. My
friends created a rpg on yahoo groups dealing with Sky High being
like a college (with dorms, classes, and occassionally saving to
world.
Bruce Campbell is Coach Boomer (Sonic Boom). His loud booming voice
gets the student's attention to take their Power Placement test.
Lindsey Wagner (Wonder Woman) plays Principal Powers. Kurt Russel
plays Will Stronghold's dad, a superhero known as the Commander.
His wife is called Jetstream (aka Josie Stronghold).

I remember this one. It's been out awhile and you can find it at
probably any video store. I really liked it and yes, several
transformations including the main hero being transformed into an
infant by the evil heroine.
Aside from the various transformations, the movie itself was pretty
good. Very funny and entertaining.
