In Light Novel, before capella turned into priscilla, after Capella
body Slammed into the ground. she turned into the other woman
first. many people (online LN comment) assume its Elsa Granhiert.
this line is from the Light Novel.
"Appearing there was, the figure of a seductive woman.
Clad in extremely revealing clothing, displaying her ample flesh
without a trace of shame, the rare sight of black hair was done
into a three-stranded braid. Exuding a somewhat dangerous aura, and
a beauty that caused restlessness in its wake."
then capella said this line.
Capella: “Receiving such a warm welcome and whatnot, allowing me to
freely change the size of my chest is exciting i~sn’t it. To return
and embrace them tight, to have them rectify their upbringing from
within this lovely lady’s arms, to have them never love anything
aside from this lovely lady…”

MTF - Ch 2 for " The Werewolf Who Wants to Stay Alive" is out and
one of the werewolves tells the protagonist that they can
shapeshift into previous victims they've eaten. He transforms into
various people, including a girl, before he turns into a werewolf.
From what I gather with a translator, it seems they can spend the
lifespan of their victims as their own, overall allowing them to
stay alive for years. This is all machine translation so there's a
chance I might be understanding it wrong.

By any chance, does anyone here know any very detailed, animated
Shape-Shifter transformations. The kinds of things like Capella’s
Transformations, Gen Asagiri’s “”Transformations””, and other
things of similar detail and quality, that have not been posted on
the message board already?

Yep, that type of tf animation is pretty niche in the already niche
space of tf, we're lucky to still get good ones from time to time
