For those of you who have read Todd Strausser's book "Help! I'm
Trapped in my Sister's Body", I had a question regarding the story
that I hope someone will be able to answer.
In the story after Jake and Jessica switch bodies, Jessica as Jake
keeps tugging on his earlobe throughout the story, much to Jake as
Jessica's disgust and disapproval. Jake as Jessica often protests
when his sister in his body does this to his earlobe, complaining
that she will stretch it out.
First of all is this a behavior that girls engage in... tugging of
the earlobes... and if so, why? Does it have something to do with
piercings.
And secondly can you actually permanently stretch your earlobe out
by stretching on it?
that's just something that always perplexed me about this story,
behavior wise.

Forgot about that part entirely. A reference to some magical
character like Sabrina the teenage witch? Possible but I doubt it.
No clue really.
Some Polynesians used to lengthen earlobes by hanging weights from
them for long periods, but the occasional tug wouldn't do much I
think.

I wanted so badly for that swap never to have been undone. I still
haven't started my parody in which it isn't.

I think it would have been funny if Jessica as Jake had gone out
and gotten Jake's ears pierced or given into her feminine impulses
and worse some guyliner, much to Jake's horror.
I also think it would have been cool if Jessica as Jake, found a
way to extend the switch, like tampered with the DITS, after she
had expressed interest in staying as her brother because she
enjoyed playing football as him so much. Even though Jake as
Jessica, didn't want to stay in those bodies saying being her was a
drag, I think it would have been fun if Jessica as Jake behind her
brother's back tampered with the body swap machine to extend the
swap. And then have Jake as Jessica try to get revenge by ruining
her rep.

Yes!! That would be hilarious! I've always fancied swap stories
where they attempt to portray a different image to society than the
body's original owner (when the girls make the boys act like girls,
not the other way around.. that does nothing for me).
The best swaps are where the guy swaps with a female reluctantly,
then begins getting used to it, and during his stay in her body she
has done something "permanent" like piercing his ears or getting a
tramp stamp tattoo. In some drastic ones, she might've even cut off
his member or went and got a sex change before the swap was undone.
I love it!

I never got the tugging of the ear thing. Also what happened in the
story where Jake switches bodies with the Super Model? Did she do
anything in his body that upset him?

@guest post#6
There was little coverage about what the super-model did in Jake's
body. The best part was the initial aspect of her liking being in
Jake's body so much that she didn't care that Jake would have to
play with her body just to wash off the entirety of the sticky wrap
she had been in. Every part of her body.
What the super-model otherwise did in Jake's body was 90% left to
the reader's imagination. But it was 100% sure that the supermodel
liked it, as she left the scene very fast, and didn't show back up
until much later. The super-model didn't even care what that other
girl did with her (Jake in her super-model) body and the body
switching machine.
If your imagination is your fun, get this story. If what you are
looking for is a step by step, very detailed, no imagination needed
story, then I give it a very reasonable chance you'll enjoy this
too, if you know what you are getting. Every person to their own.

What about that book "Help!... I'm trapped in my Gym teacher's
body", what happens in that book?

I remember this guy who could stretch his ear lobes really far and
he said that he had constantly been tugging them since he was a kid
because of headaches. I somehow found out his name and here is a
picture cellar.org/pictures/earlobes.jpg . I seriously read about
this when I was around 7 or 8. Memory is an amazing thing.

Random question. On the cover of the book "help i'm trapped in my
sister's body" is Jake wearing lipstick and makeup in his reflected
image in the mirror while being trapped in his sister's body? I ask
because his lips look like a darker shade of red on that book cover
than in other books like "Help! I'm Trapped in the First Day of
Summer Camp."
I'll show you what I mean, here's the first book

And here's the second:

See what I mean or is that just my imagination?

One thing I've never understood is why the character Jake Sherman
always has on the clothing of the person's body he's in when
looking in the mirror, except when he's inside his sister's body.
For example when he switches bodies with his teacher he's wearing a
baggy suit and tie in the mirror, but when he switches bodies with
his sister he's not wearing her white turtle neck or her plaid
skirt in the mirror but his old male clothes. Why do you think that
is?

You can definitely stretch your earlobes by tugging at them too
often. I've seen it.

"You can definitely stretch your earlobes by tugging at them too

Was it a male or a female who stretched their ears?
Do you think Jessica was trying to purposefully stretch her ears
out but just kept forgetting whose body she was in forgetting she
was now a boy and her brother Jake?

I always thought it was interesting that when Jake in Jessica's
body is in a women's department store trying to escape, he as a she
mentions that he and Jessica promised each other "not to look",
which seems hard to do since they spent at least an entire day in
each other's bodies, sooner or later they'll both have to use the
bathroom. It'd be hard not to notice your equipment while relieving
yourself, especially if one of them has to shit, especially for the
person in the man's body.

Does this story had the thing where the brother in the sister's
body made her not virgin anymore, either accidentally or not?

No the children's book made for children does NOT have that moment
in the book about children for children.

The answer to guest (question)'s question.
Uh. NO.
It's a young adult's novel. Do you *really* think they're going to
cater a book like that?
I swear the community loses their minds when it comes to kids books
or movies involving swaps.

Yeah... this community can get pretty creepy at times when it comes
to kids tv shows or movies. I remember when Gabby Duran and The
Unsittables kept having a thread that was filled with people
fantasizing.

Why would any grown peeps gather over a book with children
characters made for children then...
smh

I hope you realize that some people enjoy body swaps in
nonfetishizing ways like how people enjoy the idea of getting robot
limbs without sexualizing amputees, even thought there's a
community for it
