and Trakeena gets turned into a gigantic she-monster in the end and
is taken out by the zords.
(Since every episode of the Power Rangers has something grow to the
size of a small skyscraper, I forgot to add that!)

The Lost galaxy rangers aided the lightspeed rescue rangers not the
space rangers.

The lost galaxy was set in space as well so I wasn't that far off
:)
It can be hard to keep track of 10 different teams of rangers
sometimes!

I think it is time to end the show because each series gets worst
then the one before it. Disney and Bandai are kicking a dead horse.

The big reason is that it is a series that is always morphing!
Characters change, bodies have swapped, heroes become villians and
vice versa...
as to quality...
It's been on for more than a decade.
It reinvents itself every year or two with a new cast of characters
and new settings, zords and powers.
Except for the fact that the villian/creature always grows so that
the zords can be shown in every episode, and that a new, usually
angry member eventually joins the team, it isn't overly repetitive.
And in the last 2 seasons they started out with only 3 rangers, so
even that is changing lately.
It's usually well written for it's intended audience, with good
attitudes and role models that usually do not preach to the
audience.
There have been many imitators and none have surpassed it.
It's a better show now than Will and grace and many 'better' shows
are now!
I for one watch what I like, not what people tell me I should or
shouldn't watch.

i respect ur point totally i do, but even tho i dislike it at my
age, the first series was just nothing like what it is now! *stares
at megazord on window sill* okay buddy you rock. but now adays,
these stupid space zords piss me off! *megazord agrees*.

i can agree that the zords are rather stupid. with the money this
show makes they should do something better than integrate japanese
footage to save a few bucks. But at least they do it smoothly and
well, and the new rangers each year or 2 keep it fresh. It may be
formula but it often changes and seems to work.
And they do come up with decent new acting talents. Too bad most of
them apparently get stereotyped. Only the 1st pink ranger went on
to success, i think. some day in the future there will be a "former
power rangers old folks home" i suspect, filled with failed actors
;)
