Isn't this more of a cross=dressing than a transformation?

From: Boo-ya-kah!* , 256 months, post #2

close enough to a transformation for me and its alot better than most of team Rocket's drag sequences.

From: um...* , 256 months, post #4
that really isnt a transformation. whys it on here

From: anonymous* , 256 months, post #5
Because it's the only time in the entire history of the show where James can actually pass for a girl.

From: Terran* , 256 months, post #6
Someone call Pokmon HQ and tell them to have Team rocket do better drags.

Yeah. LOL.

And, you know what, I downloaded a clip of this scene from the Japanese version, from Kazaa Lite one time. And it was really funny (and weird) what James was doing with his fake inflated breasts....

Normally for the sake of this site crossdressing does not count as a transformation. There are currently some exceptions that are made for advanced forms of cross dressing that appear to be a transformation. They mainly include bodysuits and illusions.
