Male character ,ginyu , with bodyswapping ability had been trapped as frog. In episode 74 & 75 he manages to swap with female character Bulma. These have been appearing on the sciifi channel but I found both episodes on a single video

Captain Ginyu has been a frog for a few episodes, until he is found by the female character Bulma. She gives him a universal translator which allows the evil Ginyu to use his body swapping powers. Which he uses to put his mind into Bulma's body and Bulma's mind into the frog's body. There is no realisation scene, but what can you expect from a childrens program. Quite enjoyable though

I always figured that Ginyu had been swapping bodies with people for a long time, so he was probably use to having a female body.

There is another video that has episodes 76, 77, and 78. In episode 76, Captain Ginyu, in Bulma's female body, realizes that Bulma's body was NOT meant for physical and/or mental combat. He tries to swap bodies with the Namekian Piccalo.
He almost succeeds, but Gohan, the young
Saiyan, threw the frog, with Bulma's mind
in it, into the yellow swapping beam. As
a result, Ginyu failed to swap in Piccalo.
Piccalo was still himself. Ginyu was tricked into going back into the frog body
while Bulma goes back into her real female
body. She finds some transparent goo on her cheek. It was left there earlier when
she was the frog while Ginyu was in her
body riding a CApsule Corporation motorcycle.

In the UNCUT version of the video, it shows Captain Ginyu, in Bulma's body, fondling his new female breasts. There may
have been other things that might have happened behind the scenes that was not shown.
Website fanfiction sites like Fictionmania (free site) and tgstories.com (Premium Pay Site)could have
stories written about what might have happened during the BodySwap. Any ideas
could be welcome.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!
The actual TF episode is episode 74 called "Frieza's Boast." I've only seen it once, because DBZ was "cool" back then, but it was pretty good. Ginyu keeps his only in bulma's body, when he is the frog, he just "ribbits".

Silly whimsical concept, but fun to watch. This entire ploy in the Ginyu Saga always made me tingle with joy.
