This was actually the best of a series of grownup/kid switcharoo movies that all came out about the same time.Father and son are transformed into each other, effectively a body-swap. There was plenty of obvious, juvenile, humor but ultimately each of them ends up improving the other's life by adding a different perspective. The bit where the male and female crooks swap was extremely brief and..... Swoozie Kurtz??? Ugh!!! (And apparently, they never swap back.)

I like the TG scene,but in my opinion Swoosie Kurtz isn�t an appropiate actress for this scene.She�s not attractive.If the actress was Catherine Zeta-Jones...

Why we can�t see the end of the man and woman after the body swap? They never change again? It�s a bit cruel,isn�t it?

One of the best tg body swap scenes I�ve ever seen.The way the swap occurs is very impressive, since they trade places morphing into each other. But the best of all is that they keep their own clothes after the gender change! It's a pity that the scene is too brief and we can't enjoy seeing them dealing with their newly acquired sex...

they just gave vice-versa on comedy central and im kicking myself for not recording it!! if someone has a clip from the transgender swap please give me the link any help would be appreciated

I always thought that the great failure of this movie was the choice of Swoosie Kurtz as the female crook. By the time Vice Versa (1988) was done there were a lot of attractive actresses to play this villainess. Wouldn't be more desiring to swap with Sharon Stone, Michelle Pfeiffer or Madonna?
