This series has to be one of the most spectacular disappointments
in all of TG media! Eight half-hour episodes! Slick production
values! A really cute female lead! And an almost complete lack of
follow-through on its central TG bodyswap premise! Instead of
showing us the two lead characters dealing with their new bodies
and their new social roles, the series focuses on all sorts of
distracting soap opera subplots involving two subsidiary romantic
couples. Add in lots of painfully broad comic performances by all
the men in the cast, and you've got a terrifically frustrating
viewing experience for any TG fan.

I watched it about a year ago so forgive any flaws in my
recollections if there are any ;)
Yes there is not too much new body recognition, but it clearly was
meant to be a soap style story, being only a part of an ongoing
soap opera series. So the TG is more of a distraction for ther
characters instead of the major plot. So you can't expect them to
drop all the other stories and focus in on the swap much more than
they did. There were some cute moments like when he had to deal
with her mother without telling mom that her daughter was now in
her boyfriends body!
It simply wasn't meant to be a show about bodyswapped people, it's
more of a fantasy change of pace for the regular viewers. At least
it was in English so we can understand it here in the west! For a
soap story, I thought it was reasonably well told, though I admit
to fast forwarding through some of the scenes that obviously had no
TG content.
