Main character Brodie assumes the form of Suzie Miller in order to
gather more information about his missing son. As Susie, he loses
control of her body and is helpless as Suzie is attracted to her
mark and acts on this attraction. Brodie is discovered by the mark
and a fight ensues, but not after Brodie realizes he cannot stay in
one form for too long or he will lose himself in the form. Very
interesting comic overall.

Just read the graphic novel compiling issues 1-4. Most of the
transformations (including TG transformation) happen off-panel. The
art work is muddy. The script is slow and disjointed. The dialogue
is just bad. The creators are obviously fans of "hard boiled" crime
movies, but seem to be aping the conventions of the genre without
understanding or feeling. Overall, a poor effort with little to
interest the TG fan.

A film based on the first Brodie's law graphic novel has been
announced with director Rennie Harlin.

After scanning various sites, it looks like it will be a while
before "Brodie's Law" is filmed, as Harlin's still on
post-production on a film called "Cleaner". It does appear that it
will be made this year, but the actual release may be anyone's
guess.
