In a tale of Earth-2 Superman and Batman, the two go off to fight the Ultra-Humanite in order to rescue Power Girl and the Huntress. But it turns out to be a trap. (Spoiler Text)

I finally managed to pick this one up, and I have to say I throughly enjoyed it. Kevin Maguire's renditions of Power Girl and Huntress are very sexy, and the 'race against time' angle in the story was original.

My problem with the story is that the writer makes errors in continuity. But these are minor nitpicks, and not worth grousing over. I also didn't like the ending, with the story looking like it was just a dream Power Girl was having. It would explain the continuity errors, but it seems like a cop-out. Oh well.

All in all, an enjoyable romp that brings back memories of older comic stories. 8 out of 10.

I enjoyed the story as well, although I do wish that they would not have seen their own bodies. Batman's reaction to Superman looking like Power Girl was good as well.
This was a tale of Earth 2, from before the Crisis on Infinite Earths storyline may years ago. Power Girl only recently remembered that she is reall from Earth 2, as are many of DC's heroes. When Crisis ended all the Earths had become one and most of the heroes who couldn't be merged into one and had no double, like Power Girl and Huntress, had new memories and lives that have no mention of an alternate Earth. The dream was likely a repressed memory from Power Girl's past as she was about that age when the Crisis erupted.
