To download any of the games you have to join and contribute to the
website. Sort of frustrating.

I admit it does seem a little annoying to be forced to participate,
but we have our reasons. We have had a lot of problems with people
downloading the games without any comments made to the creator.
Imagine how the creators feel to see that 10+ people downloaded
their game, without even a single comment or even a simple thank
you. It does not exactly encourage one to work on and perfect their
game.
We have also had a big problem with spammers, so we now have a
requirement that someone needs to make 1 post before you can access
some of the site features and the reason for this it weeds out a
lot of the spammers. It is not a perfect system I admit, but it
seems to work pretty well. At any rate I hope you understand a
little better about why we have the system in place that we do. I
guess that is all for now. :D

hi wind umm i am a member now but still waiting on the e-mail but
its not coming in is there a problum or its me like problems with
the form

If you fail to receive the validation email the first thing you
should do is check your email filter. Sometimes the validation
email gets caught in there.
The second thing you should try is logging on to the board and you
should notice something like this on the top left center of your
page:
Logged in as: WindsongBard ( Log Out � Resend Validation Email )
Click on the resend validation email and see if you receive it the
second time.
The third thing to try is bugging me about it again. :P I will take
the issue up with GD and we will see what we can do. Most likely it
is just getting caught by your email filter.

No problem, I am actually hear for you to bug. lol As I said, what
I posted above should work, and if it does not work than I think
the Admin and I have some work to do. :P We did have a validation
problem awhile back, but we thought we had it fixed. If you have
further problems go ahead and email me at windsong.bard@gmail.com I
don't want to clutter up the board with this problem if we don't
have to.

The site had to close. :( Though it is expected to be back some
day.
You can still access the yahoo group for information, updates and
links.

There is also a relatively new board that opened after the closing
of TFGW which deals with mostly transformation game discussion.

Do you know why it closed? Was it a lack of funds or support? I
find games of this nature to my interest. I may attempt to join the
