The scene refered to with the gardener is a bit more involved than stated, though it's pretty short. Bascially, Nicky and his brother are fighting a battle. Nicky is using the power of light from his mother's side and making things nice, to influence people away from his brother, who is doing the opposite.

First, Nicky makes a cute squirrel appears. (Yea!) The brother makes a snake appear which eats the squirrel. (Boo!) Then Nicky turns the snake into a bunch of flowers. (Yea! unless you like snakes) Then the brother makes the hispanic gardener mow the flowers. (Apparently this is done through mind control. A recuring theme in the movie is that the brothers have this power.) (Boo, by the way). Nicky turns the man into a pretty young mother with a baby in a carriage. One of the other charecters says something like "awww....". Then the brother turns the baby into an evil dwarf that attacks the mother, who screems in terror. Nicky then turns her into a female dwarf also and the two dwarves begin to make out. (Yea!) We see nothing furhter of this, but somehow the dwarf woman turns back into an hispanic man, who is seen cheering on Nicky a couple of times later on.

There is a bit more transformation in the film. One of Nicky's brothers turns himself into a bat at one point. There are also several possession scenes where the brothers take over the body of a bishop and the mayor of New York, as well as a referee at a Harlem Globetrotters game.

There is a recurring joke about a demon who is punished by Satan by having female brests grow out of his head, which he finds can be stimulating. It's kind of gross unless you like that sort of thing, but it's sort of a transformation, I guess.

Also, Nicky turns a Coca-Cola into a Pepsi. But the can doesn't change, so it's an off screen transformation. Personally, I'm still drinking Mountain Dew out of a machine until I get the bouns.

All in all, it's not worth it for the tranformation and not really all that funny. It pokes fun of things that really shouldn't be poked fun of, such as the physically handicapped.

My favorite part after Nicky's brother changes into a bat, Nicky unleashes the Power his mom (Reese Witherspoon) gave him, and Ozzy Osbourne appears on stage, then grabs the bat, and then bites it's head off, then spits the bat/demon into the flask.

Poor Henry Winkler gets attacked by bees in this movie, twice. They even have Hitler getting a pineapple shoved up his butt, and Rodney Dangerfield's character shoves the flask up Hitler's butt. The nazi dictator is wearing a dress too.
