I do not agree. Swoosie Kurtz is a well-shaped woman with a certain
attractive. In this film she looks like an ugly witch, but look for
her pics and you'll find out that she's good looking, specially
when she was younger. For me it wouldn't be a problem to swap
bodies with her (in her 30's of course, I'm too young compared with
her!)

Most probably their sexual preferences were also changed after the
swap due to the hormones.

I do agree with the last comment. Considering they also got a brain
swap, it is easy to guess they gradually changed their sexual
preferences and got used to the new gender. So, even if they had
memories of their past life as the opposite sex, they wouldn't mind
it at all and would date straight people.

By that kind of reasoning a body swap between a gay guy and a
straight guy would have the gay guy going straight and the straight
guy gay.

It might. There does seem to be some connection between brain
anatomy and sexual preference. Who can say for sure? Body swaps
don't seem to be common (or even possible) in real life.

Take for example the man in the woman's body: he is genetically a
woman with a male's mind. She was straight since her brain had the
configuration . So, after the sex change he would like men because
the straight female brain. Just theory, we don't have a real proof
of that.

It is pretty hilarious if you consider that he was a dumb man in a
woman's body, so just imagine how hard was for him to deal with
women's clothes, putting a bra or wearing high heel boots.

I think Turk would be happier as Tina: by swapping bodies with her,
he got her NYC apartment as he wished for. And well, once his mind
got used to the female body, all would be better.
