The story really is:
A girl's mother dies but to make sure she is safe, her mother gives
her candy with two flavors. One can make her 10 years older and
other 10 years younger. She can make herself an adult, a child
again and a baby.

...And she can change into any creature by taking two pills in same
time. On site, ther are episode guide, in one she changes into
rabbit, and in second - into dog (and spent next ep. as dog). Also,
her brother changes into frog for almost half of the show.

As http://www.animechecklist.net/details.php?ID=388 says, the movie
is also callen "I bon bon magici di Lilly" on Italian and could be
found via ed2k by that name.
I'll try to dl is and see.

Italian name of the sow is "I bon bon magici di Lilly" - and it
