Lulz that bald dude.
That bald dude has 4 Oscar nominations and 1 Oscar. Ryan Reynolds
has none. Thank you.
And that bald dude is Don Logan which means he wins just on that.

The problem with this film is that you're not at all convinced that
Ryan Reynolds has Ben Kingsley's older businessman now driving his
body for even one second. It's basically Ryan Reynolds playing Ryan
Reynolds again. You know the amazing work where Tatiana Maslany is
playing a multitude of distinctly different people on Orphan Black,
especially when one of those people is trying to pretend to be one
of the others and never quite getting it perfectly right because
their actual personal and physical traits leak through to varying
degrees? It's really skillfully done as the audience not only knows
when someone's being impersonated, they also know by whom just
because of how good the performance is?
This film is exactly the opposite of that.

I don't mean any offense by this but are you sure you're not just a
fan of MtF and FtF swaps and dislike MtM swaps and are being overly
critical here?
Also who is to say when you swap bodies that you don't also become
like that person personality wise. Look at the story Body Switched,
when Jason and Jennifer switch bodies Jason becomes more like
Jennifer and Jennifer becomes more like Jason.

No ... it's just not well done. From the outset, there's really
nothing to suggest that Ryan Reynolds is anything but Ryan
Reynolds. He doesn't seem like Ben Kingsley at all. Change
personality wise over time is one thing but there's absolutely no
sense of gradual change at all.
Accents are a big thing for starters. Your voice would change but
you'd retain your accent and without active training to change it,
it'd stay that way.

I just watched this on Amazon and I thought it was pretty good. No
classic by any means but I liked it. As far as Ryan Reynolds not
capturing the personality of the Ben Kingsley character, that could
be explained by a part of the training Damien (Ryan) received
following the procedure.
The movie WAS predictable but I'm glad I saw it anyway not just for
any transfer theme but as a pretty good action movie with a lesson
learned at the end.
