In mid story Deadman briefly possesses a hot looking young woman in order to gain access to a mystical clubs off-limits area. One page. (Turns out he's really good at running down stairs in high heels. That acrobat training sure comes in handy in unexpected ways).

I'm not familiar with the Deadman character/story, So I need a little help here.

The following submission is pending:

"In mid story Deadman briefly possesses a hot looking young woman in order to gain access to a mystical clubs off-limits area. One page. (Turns out he's really good at running down stairs in high heels. That acrobat training sure comes in handy in unexpected ways)."

I am unable to tell if this is different from all the other entries about Deadman that currently exist in the database.

FIRST - Is this a new entry, or is it already in the database under another name?

SECONDLY - Are there any duplicate entries for Deadman?

THIRDLY - Does Deadman do so much possessing of others, that he should just have a separate entry listing all the occuances?

I would have rejected this one (possession, not a TF) - but it appears that there are so many other possessions for this character.

Under the site's Guidelines possession is one of those grey areas (borderline).

And... in retrospect... if I would have rejected it... you all could have beaten me over the head... DeadMan possessing a woman is pretty much "A woman is possessed by the spirit of a deceased man." :-)

I've been coming to this site for years specifically and explicitly looking for possession related material. If you ever changed this I'd have no reason to even visit ;_;

^Same. Really don't care about the other forms of transformation but despite the large emphasis on other forms of transformation, I get more information here about possession than any other site in all of the internet. (Sorry to start getting off-topic. I'll stop now)

  • A woman is possessed by the spirit of a deceased man.



So, you will still possessions here - I can't say that you will see all of them... but the closer that they appear to be to a transformation, the better chance it will be approved.

I just had a slip of the mind... I'm getting older. Even ~I~ have to consult this site's FAQ's and Guidelines every so often. :-)

Possession isn't really my thing, but from years of reading this message board, it seems to be one of the most popular transformation themes among visitors to this site, so I'm surprised there's a question about whether possessions should be included.

I've never understood "transformation" to require a change in the shape or substance of a person's body; as long as someone ends up in a body that's shaped differently from his/her/its orginal body, I think of that as a transformation. For example, I've never seen a debate over whether body swapping counts as a transformation, even though, in a typical body swap, the bodies themselves never actually change. Isn't possession essentially just a one-way body swap?

Unfortunately, the actual scene isn't a possession, just Dracula showing off his turn-to-mist power.. still it does look cool.
