Yup! I remember about Mr.2 Bon Clay! His Mane Mane powers rocks.
Just for a little info, he first met up with the Straw Hat crew by
accident before they both reach Alabasta. Mr.2 decides to put a
show by showing off his powers by turning into Luffy, Zoro, Usopp,
Chopper and Nami(a very comical scene when he takes of his shirt
while Nami hits him after that). Then Mr.2 turns into Cobra, the
king of Alabasta to make a riot in Nanohana.
To all One Piece episode, Mr.2 my favorite villan.

Sounds intersting. Does anyone know the name of the episode that
Andrew mentioned? Or perhaps have a copy of the episode?

Does anyone know which episodes that Bon Clay uses his ability to
turn into a person of the opposite gender? So far I only know of 2
epsiodes (eps 115-116) in which he changes into Nami, and I dont
want to waste the time and the bandwidth to download a entire
episode to find out it doesnt have what am looking for. So any help
me be great.

Yes, there is also episode 92 but it is very brief. Of the three
episodes, 116 has the best transformation parts.

As a member of the Baroque Works team, Number 2/Bon Clay is the
only operative without a female partner (the Baroque Works male
villians have number coding, and the female operatives have their
codes from Holidays (All Miss Sunday was Nico Robin, and All Miss
Wednesday was Princess Vivi). Mr. 2/Bon Clay's special ability is
due to him eating the Mane Mane fruit, which allows him to become
anyone he's touched in the past (like when he changed into the
Straw Hat Pirates to fight Sanji). Zoro and Luffy mark each member
on their left hand to help identify themselves to Vivi so Mr. 2/Bon
Clay doesn't fool her when he posed as Ussop.
