Oddly enough I once had a story idea (I never wrote) like that.
Mine was a bit different in that the super powered for girls
transformation trigger was a mirror from a fertility goddess
(causing behavioral alteration when changed). But I find it odd and
a bit neat that someone else had the "man finds super power object
made for women that makes him crossdressed when used" idea.

It's a kids cartoon Spatula, it's not going to deal with adult
themes. I expect the most you'll get will be the usual 'Oh my god,
my best friend is wearing a dress and a wig and I conveniently
don't recognize him but hilariously find him hot!', with the
protagonist being comedically embarrassed.
And no, the TF device is a ring meant to enhance a female wearer so
when the boy puts it on it gives him the same enhancements which
are gender appropriate to girls, i.e. laser lipstick and girlie
costume. There's no actual TF and unlikely to be any women turning
into men....

Actually we have a girl named Gal who transforms into Dude Pow, a
boy superhero. She is from an alternate dimension. Dude Pow and
SheZow know each other's secret and true identity.
