Description
In the newest annual, Zartan tracks down a renegade Crimson
Guardsman who plans to detonate a bomb in a highly-populated
amusement park and pin the blame on Cobra. He kills the CG with a
well-thrown shuriken while disguised as Scarlett leaving her to
take the fall. Shortly thereafter, he also subdues Gung-Ho with a
wrench in the same disguise.
