Description
Oliver dreams he has an accident with the transporter he invented,
and is now slowly changing into Bill the Cat. When he wakes up,
Steve is there. "I had an accident with your transporter," he says.
He now has Opus the Penguin's body.
In another episode, Donald Trump is crushed by the anchor of that
obnoxious boat of his. Doctors transplant his brain into Bill the
Cat. Ivanna still loves him because he stays rich. He stayed like
that until the strip ended.
