Description
Dr.Basil Frankenstein is a Nazi sympathizer who is carrying on his
famous relative's work. Since being paralyzed in an explosion,
Basil has required the aid of an assistant, the curvaceous
Jaopanese surgeon Dr.Kitagowa. The two have fallen in love, but are
unable to enjoy it due to Basil's injuries. Captain America falls
into the pair's clutches while investigating their operations. Dr.
Kitagowa, or Kitty, is turned on Cap's body, and the two villains
decide to perform a brain transplant with Basil's brain occuping
Cap's body. However, Cap is saved by his teammates in the Invaders.
