Description
There are a lot in this one. When Green Arrow abruptly announces
he's retiring and says the Justice League is going to be destroyed
but doesn't say how, the JLA members, except for Wonder Woman, who
couldn't pull it off, disguise themselves as Green Arrow to lure
the villain behind this out of hiding.Instead they are ambushed and
beaten by several of their old foes like the Penguin and Luthor.
The villains cause the defeated heroes to look like them in hopes
of sending them to prison in their places. Green Arrow manages to
save the Atom and expose the villain who is really behind this, Dr.
Destiny.When he's beaten, the JLA return to normal. It turns out
Destiny was really masquerading as the various villains, and as the
Atom at the JLA meeting.
