- Cover Date: June 1965

- Series: Justice League of America, Vol. 1
Description
The JLA are visiting several disabled children in the hospital.
They decide to put on a show for the kids, and have Batman pose as
a multi-limbed monster. Their enemy Brain Storm decides to use this
opportunity to attack, using his mind over matter powers to turn
Batman into a real monster, and having the JLA take on the physical
handicaps of the children they were visiting (Superman goes blind,
Flash has only one leg,etc.). When the JLA still beats him, he
turns them into his servants. When their teammates try to free
them, he turns them and himself into duplicates, i.e. multiple
Supermen, Green Arrows, etc. By process of elimination, the heroes
find the real Brain Storm and knock him out, restoring their
teammates.
