Description
Another random video game transformation:
In the Kirby games, it's normal for the little pink hero to eat his
enemies, and then gain their abilites to use in the game. In other
words, if Kirby ate an enemy like Chilly, a walking snowman, he
would gain his powers, and become Ice Kirby. Now Kirby can use
ice-related moves, and discard the ability if he sees something
else more interesting.
Anyways, as you'd suspect, some of the abilites do transform Kirby
into other forms. Here's a quick rundown of ones that do:
Ball--In Kirby's Adventure/Nightmare in Dreamland, Kirby can roll
into a ball, and bounce around the screen (he's also in this form
in the Kirby's Pinball Land/Dream Course/etc. games)
Wheel--Adventure/Nightmare in Dreamland, Superstar, and Amazing
Mirror... Kirby transforms into a wheel, and can peel out and dash
across levels, running over enemies and riding over water
UFO--Adventure/Nightmare in Dreamland, Amazing Mirror, and some
others. Kirby turns into a UFO, like the name says. He gets a
little flying saucer body, and can fly around, shooting lasers and
the like
Missile--Amazing Mirror; Kirby transforms himself into a
remotely-guided missile, flying around until he turns back
voluntarily, or hits something
Burning--Too many to count :p Kirby transforms into a flaming ball
of fire, and dashes mid-air across the scream with a lot of force
Stone-- ^likewise. Kirby turns himself into a stone slab, crushing
enemies, and rolling down hills. In some games, he'll turn into
other heavy stuff too, such as 10T weights, spiked balls, or even a
statue of Mario
That's all that I can think of for now, folks. If you have any
more, feel free to add them
