I just wish the people in control of Fictionmania would ask for
help. It is a story database and it can't be that hard to redo if
you have the skills. If the Taskforce doesn't have the skills to
transfer it into a new database with all of the search parameters,
I am sure someone in our community does (and we could reach out to
the TF or Gay community). I have even offered to donate a few
hundred dollars to help pay someone to rewrite the database.
Between me and a few others I am sure we could come up with a
couple thousand dollars which would pay someone (even a non-tg
person) to re-do it. I wish the Taskforce would ask for help. I
think someone would do help for free. I know in this economy we
cold find someone with the skills to do this for cheap.

Boy why is this thread still up. And if it is to remain up i think
the subject title should be changed to "meaningless remarks
pertaining to fictionmania". Or possibly "whining about the loss of
fictionmania". You know the fiction mirror works just as well as
the old site stop bithcin it's not even gone just different, get
over it.
