Groups of artists that feature transformations in their Art.

I've been looking through deviantart in search of TG-based artists that aren't already listed. I found four that I think are worthy of our attention.

Glockens: Don't know why he isn't posted. Loads of funny and original tg sequences.

Bookaki: Only a few, but they're very good.

caspertg: A whole lot of MtFs. You'll need a membership, as almost all his stuff has the "mature content" block.

gokuhase: Writes TG stories. Improving with every one. If you want something clean and innocent but still TG, this is for you.

I'm largely computer-illiterate, so I hope someone else can create a link to these artists' accounts like has been done with tftgar and akuoreo and all the rest.

To be honest, just my opinion, although they are TG

I can't stand caspertg's work.

They're really ugly, all look the same, & in each one the characters never really change their stance.

And Blackshirtboy has many TG stuff

From: guest (The Sultan) , 198 months, post #4
Blackshirtboy's already on the list on this site. I'm trying to find people who aren't.

A known artist of the name CrazyLegz42 seems to be into tg stuff.
She photoshoped her friend Leon, now Leona....

She seems to enjoy photoshoping D:

Here's a link. http://crazylegz42.deviantart.com/art/Leon-is-a-pretty-girl-xD-73669175

Where is the list of deviant art artists? I was going to add these artists to the list, but searching for deviant art didn't bring it up, nor did looking under D in the website category. What in the world is it under?

From: guest (the Sultan) , 198 months, post #7
It's under "W" in websites for "www.deviantart.com."

Tricky, eh?

From: cj , 198 months, post #8
I just linked this thread to the entry. Click on the www.deviantart.com at the top of the page and you're golden. :-)

Lots of great stuff on Deviant Art. Sometimes it takes awhile to sift through of course. Makes me wish I had that talent.

From: guest (The Sultan) , 198 months, post #11
Found another good one: CrazyCowProductions. Much like glockens, a master of the genre that has somehow been overlooked. I'll keep searchin' if y'all keep linkin'.

And Vaudeville, I ain't namin' names, but being on DeviantArt does not necessarily require talent.

From: Other Side , 198 months, post #12
I strongly think the title of the entry should be changed to "deviantart.com" instead of "www.deviantart.com" so it shows up under D not W. What would the point be if all websites showed up under W because the titles start with "www" ?

I also think it should say something about AKA Deviant Art (with the space) so that it will show up if someone searches for "deviant art" with the space. I made these changes myself a while ago along with putting in the new artists, but that version was never put up and the title is the way it used to be, so it still does not turn up in a search for "deviant art" or show up under D.

OK, I've got a gold mine here. Especially for folks who love transgendered anime characters. There's a website member called Dokhidamo who, while he only has two pieces of art of his own, has a buttload of stuff in his "favorites" folder. Many are very good, and many are by artists who are, for whatever reason, not mentioned on this website. Sigh...So, I urge the kind soul who posted the other artists on this site to check Dokhi's favorites folder and add a few more deserving artists to our index. Bring all your friends!

From: guest (The Sultan) , 198 months, post #14
...Upon further research, I believe I may have spoken too soon. There is a lot of tg in that folder, but for many of the artists, they had the only significant piece of tg they made in that folder. Sorry everyone...

>>> "... I made these changes myself a while ago..."

Yes, the change stuck - it just didn't show up.

Paul's been working on the site a little, so it appears to have been a small glitch... which appears to be fixed now - I just applied a new edit and all seems right with the world.

Well it'd be nice to be able to draw :^)

From: Other Side , 198 months, post #17
I'm sure there's tutorials on drawing that you can find online Vaudville. In fact, I'd be surprised it there werent a bunch on Deviant Art itself. Just browse through the tutorial section.

Here are a few more links for dA artists:
http://broctopjay.deviantart.com/ - TG
http://theduckofanime.deviantart.com/ - TG, Animal, Inanimate, Age
http://mrvorhias.deviantart.com/ - TG
http://sinsvenials.deviantart.com/ - TG
http://sirisaac.deviantart.com/ - Not the main focus, but some TG

From: guest (Leo) , 198 months, post #19
Great thread, guys!

From: guest (The Sultan) , 198 months, post #20
the broctopjay link does not work, for whatever reason. The biggest problem is DeviantArt itself because, for whatever dumb, stupid, inane reasoning they have, do not have a "search by artist" function. Does that make sense to anybody?
