The next episode of Flash Gordon, "Possession", which will aired on
Nov. 30th, 2 weeks from now on Sci-fi Channel, will have Dale
possessed by some thing. Nothing else to go on, besides the episode
preview trailer. Can't find much detail on the epsiode either.

Thanks Gambler. I found out some more info on TV guide - On Mongo
Dale is Possessed by an evil sorceress.

Don't know yet. Maybe we should wait until we see the episode and
confirms it.

Well, also, it's supposed something that's a smoke rising out of a
box, held by a sorceress in that preview trailer. So we don't know
what the "smoke" is yet, since it could be a female or a male
sorcerer inside that box.
So, let's wait for another week to be certain of what it
should/would be.....

I don't get that channel so I'm hoping for at least a couple short
clips. I always go for a pretty woman getting possessed, male
beings for choice, but anything's fun. I always wonder whether the
actress is enjoying hamming it up as the evil spirit or sorcerer or
whatver is pulling her character's strings -- if I'm not suspending
my disbelief and pretending it's really happening.

Confirm to be female to female, but not possession of the regular
sort. The mist/lifesource drives out whom ever in their body, and
captured the displaced lifesource/soul in the glass jar. So it's
not a straight up possession, since the "new" person won't have the
memory or skills of the body it's occupying.
The part of driving her out of Dale's body is kind of more complex.
Kill her in Dale's body(driving the dagger through her heart), use
another of the jar to drive/suck out of her soul/lifeforce, then
the other sorceress has to heal the body, and then they have to
find the jar that contain Dale's soul and put it back in her body.

I'm not a big fan of the show (quite the opposite in fact), but I
watched this ep. The possession/soul swap scene was pretty good,
but the rest of the episode didn't keep my interest.

Pretty good acting from a retired model. Distinctive face: I like
her nose. The different-colored CGI-looking smokes representing the
souls/spirits/whatevers are a tad hokey but not too badly done.

i disagree... i thought the flash gordon one was much better than
the boring stargate atlantis one. in flash gordon she checks out
her new body.. dresses up and tries seducing Flash. all great
scenes. in Atlantis.. nothing happened. although the "bad girl"
that swapped with the doc was damn hot. any other thoughts?

Quiksilver,I agree with you.The Flash Gordon one is much
better.Gina Holden is really pretty and acted very different from
her character,Dale Arden.
She played her new character ,an evil sorceress, very well and the
red outfit is very sexy.
