Technically one which now defunct.
Do you think they ended up finding any cats in with the scan in the
end?

Actually cj, on a more serious note, I just had a thought.
Any interest in an arrangement to permanently embed a graphic in
the website? Since I've never denied I'm here to shameless plug a
webcomic with a transformation element or two (or three or four but
who's counting), might as well look at seeing if it could be made
all official like.
I know you'd have to boot that upstairs of course. I was thinking
like a tower/skyscraper ad just below where it says MSG Board.

That danged "Happy Birthday" copyright... always so tricky. That is
great leon!
AirGear, as for advertising... you'd really need to talk to Paul -
use the Send Mail link in the main Metamorphose / home page.

I believe the Happy Birthday copyright issue is settled once and
for all and it's now finally in the public domain.

OK, will do about the ads. What do you think about the idea
generally in principle, though. I know generally having them
clutter up the place can be less than desirable but on the other
hand, it's specifically promoting your local transformation
webcomic, so there is that ...
I will have to wait until I have some $, anyway though, so no rush
here.

I have a love hate relationship with ads.
- When done right, they're okay. They help support the site and
staff... but are still a security risk and privacy concern.
- When done poorly, they really detract from the visit / experience,
or bring out my inner-cynic from the lazy click-bait hooks they
purvey.
- When done very poorly, they suck my bandwidth to infinity; work my
device into a stall; surprise my ears with blaring sound (from
expected silence), causing them to bleed; and induce seizures with
the gaudy flashing visuals.

Well, what I had in mind is ... the site ... you know the site I
very occasionally plug ... well if you go to the homepage and
scroll down, there's an ad for Spying With Lana. That's kind of
what I had in mind, though I think I'd be going for the 160 x 600
tower dimensions like the ad above it.
Also, the Spying With Lana ad is actually an embedded graphic
(unlike all the Project Wonderful ads around it) and that's the
option I'd want to discuss. No animation, audio, I imagine as being
an embed, bandwidth usage would be less and the security risk would
be ... well, less wouldn't it? It's basically just a link at that
point?
Anyway, it'd be a while before I even broach the idea with Paul as
I'll need to raise some $ first (as I imagine if this were to
happen, it'd be a $ for services rendered trade assuming he'd even
be interested).
