It's a 2012-2013 South African drama which emulates the sci fi
genre of other shows such as Roswell and X-files. In the eleventh
episode called faceless a shapeshifter infiltrates their ranks and
pits them against each other. I managed to find two promos for the
episode. I'm having diffculty in finding a full fledged episode, I
only managed to find episode 9 on vimeo.

ehh k my intention was just for this to remain seeabble because we
seem to have here a real gem. I mean an episode of a series that
isnt easy to find online. so if someone has it he can see it and
maybe upload a clip if he or she recorded it when it was airing.

What makes this one so much better / more important than any other
title here? What, in your opinion, makes this one a "real gem"?
There are plenty of episodes that aren't exactly easy to find
online. Books, movies, and other material... heck, even
web-fiction, can be impossible to find, due to many reasons.
Sometimes it was never released to video, other times it's long out
of print, and sometimes the author has the story removed.
So, what makes this one different from the rest?

Well Cj this one is a real gem because its mostly very new. Ive
watched alot of shows, movies and seen alot of comics. While its
true that there are many other most of them are alot older. And
they can be seen on primewire.ag or atleast torrented. Here we have
a shapeshifter in a very new tv-show that cant be seen anywhere
online, cant be bought or torrented atleast not in english that is.
P.S if you visit primewire.ag always have ghostery and adblocker
installed and sorry for any grammar mistakes.

abhothoh, I think your definition of "gem" differs from mine. :-)
I'd consider it a "gem" if the program / story (especially the TG
part) was of outstanding quality. Perhaps considering it a gem if
the story was unique and the handling of the TG was portrayed in a
realistic way. Certainly though, a gem would need to really explore
the subtle and vast differences between how a man and woman
experience the same world.
Perhaps, instead of "bumping" the thread... post about alerts (with
synopses, if possible); requests... that type of thing. Keeping it
out there is good... but too much bumping or requesting will get
annoying fast... and then nobody will want to hear about it at all.
That's not something we want, for sure. So bookmark this thread,
and remind us every month (or two), if necessary. But certainly
re-visit it, anytime that you have something new to share, etc.
Thanks.

ok I will keep that in mind. Hovewer this one seems to depend on
this site uk visitors. And you are mostly correct on "gem"
definiton. For me "gem" is rarely seen or watched piece of TF or TG
content.

CJ Abhothoh was merely trying to call
attention to a rare series that others may
find and interest in. There was no need
to jump all over him like that. I mean this
in the most non offensive way possible,
but you really need to get a life.

"... was merely trying to call attention to a rare series that
others may find and interest in..."
Not just merely. abhothoh, wanted to keep the this thread
"seeabble" (placed as recently active in the Message Board thread
list..."so it doesn't get lost"), as it was a "gem"
All I wanted to know was what I was missing... why it was a "gem"
compared to everything else listed in the database. Why did Room 9 - "Faceless"
deserve special treatment over the other posts / threads? Why
should we ignore the "no bumping" guideline (only a couple days had
passed since it was last active)?
Opinions were exchanged. I still don't consider it a "gem", with
what I know about it still - but at least I understand abhothoh's
view... and reasoning.
I'm sorry if you perceived my questioning as some type of attack. I
was just trying to learn more about the item, and what made it that
important.
No offense was taken Guest007. There are many times when I wish I
could get a (different / better / etc) life too. :-)

Looks like Faceless will aire twice on Thursday 3/23/17 at 6:00pm
and 10:00pm Pacific Time on the Africa Channel. There is also a 9
min clip of the episode.
http://theafricachannel.com/shows/room-9/
If anyone is able to record the episode it would be most
appreciated. I'll see if there's a way to watch the episode on
livestream.
Thanks
