If you gained the ability to shapeshift into any woman, what would
you do as that woman? Note: this is a normal member of the public
(completely new, so noone who'd recognise 'you' and shes in her
20s) rather than a celebrity or someone with influence.

Try to establish an identity as her and just live an ordinary
woman's life. Being younger and female would be a dream come true.
It'd be best if the shapeshift made me a real woman and not just
look like one: I want to menstruate, have kids, breastfeed...

Find a female friend to help me figure out all the things that I
never learned because I didn't grow up as a girl.
Get sad and/or angry that I could only shapeshift into a woman in
her 20's. Then realize that trying to pass myself off as a normal 8
year-old girl would not only be difficult, but probably drive me
crazy in short-order, and thank my stars that I'm still young
enough to choose a "different path in life" this time around...
should I become stuck.
Find an identity that work, and make it as official as I could - so
that I could function as a normal 20-something woman.
Hide from almost all of my male friends... And wonder why men are
such perverted pigs.
Enjoy the fit and feel of the fabrics, finery, and other things
that fill a woman's world... and wonder why the hell so many women
choose to torture themselves for fashion.
Attempt to log all the differences I can in the most scientific way
possible... and then in a way that portrays feeling, sensation,
emotion, and passion... from both a male and a female perspective.
Experience as much of and as many of the good things in life as I
can.

Yes, that would be nice. OTOH... not having to deal with periods or
pregnancy could be a blessing too.
Although... I'll bet if I was denied (or denied myself of) those
experiences, that I would, at least once, and for a while, feel
disappointed, depressed, perhaps even angry and excluded (or an
outsider) in not being able to feel like a "complete" or "real"
woman.

Freak out!!!
Not use that ability... well, a little. Always in private. Freak
out!!! Not use the ability for days or weeks! Showers would be a
bit longer.
Eventually- weeks or months down the road, show my wife, regret
that. Get a job at a Hooters or strip club to pay for housing cause
now I am living on my own and bad economy means no work in my
career.

First thing? Admiring myself in a full-length mirror, and then
going to a park for a walk, a run (hoping I'd find a sport bra),
some gymnastic movement, in order to feel my new body. And, a some
point, masturbating.
Would I have IDs for this body?

I'd morph myself into something totally different, like a super
in-shape black or Hispanic woman. Then I'd either hit the gym or a

probably do some video game streaming on Twitch and act like a dude
for all the people watching (just to mess with "perceived
stereotypes").

I'd start a business where I would offer high-end clients the
ability for them to "rent" someone who looks just like them or
someone else. For example, a MILF who doesn't want to go to some
function, but is expected to because her husband's line of work
demands it.
I wouldn't tell anyone how I "source" the doppleganger, but I
wouldn't guarantee I could get a doppleganger as an "out" in case I
didn't like the job.
Of course, I'd do all the exploration, etc. that people post above.
Why not?

I'll echo guest #2's response. I would just want to live my life,
finally, happily, as the woman I've always wanted to be. (Though
I'm not sure I would want to have children... but I'd like to have
the option, at least.)

I would get a sex change back into a man. If there is such a thing
as reincarnation I pray I always come back as a man. I love having
a penis, and it seems like having boobs would suck. Two bags of
meat on your chest obstructing everything. I feel sorry for woman
having to put up with them. No sexism is intended here. I just love
my penis. :)

Presuming I return to my original body afterward I'd probably use
it as a form of immortality. Turn into a child, get adopted by the
state for some legit ID, live life. Rinse and repeat using my male
body as a reincarnation machine between lives.
