I saw "A Question of Faith" several years ago. As I recall, a monk
gets changed into a woman and gets pregnant. Most of the debate is
more spiritual than gender, like if it was God's will vs. Satan's.
That debate would drive the acceptance/rejection of the character.
It's been a quite a while since I have seen it, but my recollection
was the gender transformation was secondary. It could have been a
million dollars falling from the sky and they could have had the
same debate whether it was God or Satan causing it.
I was poking around for a few minutes to see if I could find it
online to refresh my memory, but was unsuccessful. The Youtube
links appear to be fraudulent.
