Yeah, it's just a guy in drag. And yes he impersonates a man to do
his girlfriend.

Maybe he realizes he doesnt want to rape her...

Sex with a woman while perfectly disguised as someone else she
wants to have sex with... yeah, I'd call that rape. Sandler's
pretty tasteless and crude but I don't think he'd want to play a
nominally lovable character who'd rape someone.

He doesn't impersonate into any women?

Guest #11,
I can't tell if your first sentence is serious or sarcastic, but if
Adam Sandler had had sex with her while in disguise, that would
most definitely have been rape.
Rape by deception or by impersonation. I hope you understand why it
would be morally wrong.

Just watched the trailer. So he does not impersonate any women
beside the guy in drag?

From: hskfmn

No.

I suspect that Jack and Jill gave Sandler enough womanhood for a
lifetime.

It's not a guy in drag, pretty sure it's supposed to be a
transgendered woman. He (in her body) says something like "Oh my
god, I'm a woman!" They make a point of the shoes having to fit
since he only changes when both his feet are fully in a pair of
shoes stitched on the magic stitcher so the only woman he could
become had to wear at least a men's 10 1/2. Obviously they could
have written it with different rules, a-la any shoes magically fit
but that would be a different movie. I like that they had the
actors who he turned into play Max in their body and didn't try to
do anything Quantum Leap style, but then they resorted to having
the transformed Max always wear a particular coat and silly scarf
so the audience could "figure out" it was still him. Overall, a
pretty sub-par film, all transformational elements aside.

I'm pretty sure that sex by deceiving someone isn't necessarily
rape. Although it is morally wrong, it's not the same thing.
But any sex with Adam Sandler is probably rape, if we're honest.

It is legally defined as rape in some places.

If a man convincingly impersonated a woman's usual sex partner, had
consensual sex with her, and she never found out, I guess she
wouldn't think she'd been raped and wouldn't be traumatized. I'd
still call it rape, and as guest #19 points out, so would the law
in some places.
