As far as being available on the internet, i've seen as early as
March 10th and as late as March 28th. I've really been looking hard
for this, this is one of those things that is just impossible to
wait for, especially in this drought we're in. :(

The trailer shows the protagonist transforming into a woman and
dancing. One of the other videos shows the protagonist in the same
room as the same woman, but with a woman in a green dress in place
of the friend. Presumably this second woman is the transformed
friend.
There's another scene in one of the videos (I forget which one)
that shows the woman in the green dress dancing in a club; I'm
guessing this is the friend as well.

Guest #31, this is what I gathered from the videos and the
synopsis: the protagonist's device allows him to alter the
appearance of himself or anyone else. It's sort of like copying and
pasting bodies; he can copy someone's appearance and clothing at a
particular moment and then paste that onto someone else, so that
the second person will have the body and clothing of the first
person. As far as I can tell, other people are aware of the
changes, but the person who has been changed is not aware unless
the protagonist wants them to be aware. So, for example, the
protagonist can take a snapshot of Anna, and use that snapshot to
make Bill look like Anna. Charlie will see Bill as Anna, but Bill
will still see himself as Bill. Anna, meanwhile, still looks like
herself, so things will get interesting when Anna and Bill, both of
whom now look like Anna, meet.
At some point, the protagonist drops the device and it breaks; at
that point, the device starts changing people's appearance on its
own, without the protagonist's input.
I thought the changes were physical, but Guest #29 's post makes it
sound like the changes might only be illusions of a sort...
people's bodies don't change, but other people's perceptions of
them change. That would explain why the people who have been
changed don't realize they've been changed.
