Thanks Saint! How does Samantha say "she's alive!" What's going on
when she says that.

She says it wide eyed and under her breath, like she's
shout/whispering.
It's after the football scene and about a third of the way through.

In a way, this sounds like a English version of Lalola (which seems
increasingly unlikely that we're ever going to get) which covers
everything from an entire series in just 90 or so minutes as
opposed to all the other series which ranged from 13 to almost 300
(and had a few different destinations in the end).

13 to 300 episodes (ranging from 20 minutes to an hour) I meant.

So there's a leotard and pantyhose scene? That is strange and
unusual. Ballet? And are heels involved?

Saint, does Samantha get into a physical fight with Sarah Scott's
character?

So the real question is... When will "Sam" be released on
video/Netflix etc?

Oh, and there is a heels and hose scene. It's short but nicely
done.

Saint, you said something about a leotard? Why the hell would Sam
be wearing a leotard and pantyhose? Is there a ballet scene?

Saint, could you please consider writing a full plot synopsis
hidden with spoiler tags? I don't think its getting to my part of
the world anytime soon and I don't mind knowing the whole story in
advance of actually seeing it. Thanks also in advance.

I'm not sure Saint answered the questions or where he saw it and
when it will be available, but it sounds like he went to the
Nashville Film Festival. I thought about going, as FIlm Festivals
have some things like networking for independent people looking to
get into film making, writers work shops, script consultants and
the like.
I live about 12 hours away from Nashville so I considered making a
vacation of it and seeing the film, visiting Country Music City,
and seeing what else the Festival had to offer but it didn't quite
work out.
Hope you had a good time!!! Did you do anything else besides see
the movie?
Did you happen to hear about any information when it will be
commercially available?
I will do my part and dole out the $12.95 to purchase a copy when
it does. For those of you who want to see more of this stuff, it is
great to do what you can to commercially support it.

I got the impression that saint managed to see the film through
other means before Nashville, and is only now discussing as the
official premiere gives him plausible deniability...

I don't think it is the perfect TG movie as every other answer by
the Saint is the scene is short the scene is short very brief very
brief I just think he personally likes the movie this might not be
everyone...

I'll consider a full, detailed synopsis if it doesn't look like the
movie will be available anytime soon.
This is NOT the perfect TG movie for numerous reasons but it did
come very close to meeting all of MY personal expectations. It even
surprised me at times (Leotard scene is worth the price of
admission alone). However if you look at a Lalola thread you'll
find people want different things from their TG. They want nudity.
They want dressing and lingerie. They want feet and heels. They
want the character to change back. They want the character to stay
stuck. 3 years ago my imagination went wild with the imdb tag line
"alpha male magically changed into beautiful girl and falls for his
best buddy" and the film really met what I hoped it would be.
Plausible deniability. I like that : ) I can assure you I will be
buying a copy for my home library. I want to support this movie
because it's genuinely good. I have plenty of gripes as a film fan
and a TG fan but the Good outweighs any Negatives.

I think the good think about the 13 different Lalolas is precisely
that they end up differently. Who wants the same thing 13 times
over (though from reading here, there's possibly at least a few)?
She stays stuck - that happens, he changes back - that happens too
(the Chilean version turns into a game of ping pong). He changes
back and she (possibly) stays as is at the same time in one version
(well, that's what looks like happens as seemingly out of left
field as that is). She switches to distinctly women's attire very
quickly to immediately, he all but doesn't and resists bar a
handful of times (Portugal and Chile spring to mind). Some have to
deal with the parents, some don't. The way the parents are dealt
with varies widely (Portugal - admit it fairly early, Russia -
enact increasingly convoluted schemes to hide it). Like I said
somewhere before, there's almost every variation played out
somewhere (except possibly the most obvious one you might expect -
well, at least I've yet to find it).

I am still amazed how there is no information on how to find the
first 215 episodes of Lola Chile. Not for purchase on DVD or
download etc.

I think you can find the first, 127th and last episode on youtube.
Shame it's not available as it sounds like they really took the
idea and ran with it in quite a different direction to the others.
I liked how unlike the others, when Lalo screams at the mirror on
first seeing the change, it cuts to people in other homes looking
startled and wondering what the hell is that and even the scene of
a building collapsing. An old sitcom trope to be sure but it
certainly pegged it as something different to the others. Well, the
Indian one was also delightfully wacky in a different way too.
