In movies and TV? No, is the level it has always been. In written
word? Yes, too many great authors that were around from the late
90's till 5 or so years ago have stopped writing and there have
been none to take their place.

there are a couple of new writers that show potential and a couple
of movies in development that could be good, but for the most part
this year has been dry, dry, dry.

At least Chris Stuss is still in the game. :)
I do miss PJ Wright, Red Janissary, Circe, Ghostly Writer,
Morpheus, Steve Zink, etc.

Jaana has a few somewhat recent stories up. The Best one is
"Becoming my Girlfriend," imo, and is a gradual change story. One
author who has some great, but old work is Robin Douglas. "The
Gypsy Stone" is among my all time favorites. I finished a novel
length work a year ago that I would have published professionally
if it weren't for the fact the characters were high school seniors.
Though straight and maybe gay HS fiction is allowed, I believe
Amazon would have banned me for life for a TG character. It's up on
TGStorytime and Fictionmania.

We do have The Intruders coming up in a few weeks which has the
potential to be the best English language TG show of all time.
