Curveball, this is just me, but I were you, if I made more of
these, I'd maybe create a new channel and keep the links private,
and only post them here. But again, that's just me.

Million views. This is getting scary...

I really loved the video.
And I saw the number of views. But that high popularity could be a
problem. Even in my country there are articles talking about this
video.

I wouldn't blame Curveball if he went under the radar for like...a
year. This would be WAY too much pressure. :(

Uh. Why is everybody so crazy about this? "Oh! Too much pressure!"
"I wouldn't want any attention!"
Who cares? He's not going to get dragged out into the streets and
beaten.

Right, because that is the only bad thing that could happen to
somebody.

What do you think could happen? Are we THAT paranoid?
The video is viral. Ok? It'll die down in a month or a week.

Judging by the majority of reviews of YouTube, people are shallow,
petty, and ignorant.
If it was me... I'd rather that the limelight... or the whole thing
fade into the past.
I'd also be proud of my work... to those who truly appreciate it -
but I'm not so sure that I'd publicly take credit for the work...
after-all, if they (the public at large) were so critical of the
work in the first place... who needs them to be critical of you,
the person. But that's just me.
It was nice to see CollegeHumor give the video a nod though. And
there were some commenters who uttered a nice word or three on the
effort. I'll add my praise to theirs - Good job Curveball. Well
crafted (if not perfect) piece of work. It was better than most of
the masking/unmasking videos I've viewed. Most of the work I've
seen is simply a mask (which doesn't look as real as we'd like) -
but you made it look very "real" (except for some shadows... and
the very "unreal" feel of a person unmasking to reveal another,
different person). Again, good job!

For a lot of people getting that much attention out of the blue and
all at once isn't something they particularly want. There's plenty
of people who want to go viral but there's just as many, if not
more, who just want to do things for a small group (whether it's a
general community of people, their friends, small fetish stuff like
this, whatever) and don't ever intend to blow up.

Quality often comes with a price. This time it was what was
intended to be a fetish video going viral, and people freaking out.
If they had taken a second viewing and realised it was fake, then
they wouldn't have spread it.
You're too amazing Curveball! If you hadn't done such a good job,
this wouldn't be spreading like wildfire.

Still though. Its not like as if the video becoming famous is going
to thrust Curveball himself into the spotlight and have his
personal life on front street.

Oh absolutely, it was one of the best things Curveball has ever
done to date! I just agree with rugal that if one of my videos
received that much limelight and that much attention in the public
scope, I'd wanna disappear for a while. But that's just me.
