Guest for Post 39: That could be an interesting tale. Especially if
the person switching Jason and Jennifer back into their former
bodies is caused by someone that has never been in the story
before. Perhaps caused by someone that might have a grudge against
both Jennifer and Jason.

As a further reply to Guest for Post 39: Perhaps the person
responsible might claim that he is ONLY doing Jason and Jennifer a
BIG favor in switching them back.

"As a further reply to Guest for Post 39: Perhaps the person

Sounds intriguing, except that, if I recall correctly, only the new
Jason and new Jennifer know that they used to be the old Jason and
old Jennifer before deciding to permanently become one another, and
thus everyone else believes the current occupants of Jason and
Jennifer's bodies are the original owners, so if someone switched
them they would think they were switching the original Jason and
Jennifer, not the new ones.
That is, unless of course the new Jason or the new Jennifer let it
slip to someone that they had decided to forever live as each
other.

Or maybe if people were to take the body swap remote and switch
Jason and Jennifer back to their original bodies it would be none
other than Horace and Helen, trying to take revenge on the two (not
knowing that they are switching Jason and Jennifer back), and thus
Jason and Jennifer try and desperately switch back to their new
bodies, and the story would follow their reactions and coping with
being back in their old bodies but still identifying as the
opposite gender/ person.

I'm sad to say that I have not seen a single tg body swap story as
great as this one since I first stumbled across it, and I fear I
will never read a tg one that will surpass it.
The only thing I never understood about tf body swap stories,
though, such as in this one, is that you would think the swapped
Jennifer and Jason, even though they love being in their new
bodies, would sometimes miss their old lives and bodies. I mean
simply because being attached to an entity for such a long time,
you would think you would miss it at times, even if Jason and
JEnnifer found something they like better.

"...would sometimes miss their old lives and bodies."
Indeed. Sort of confirming the "grass is always greener on the
other side", or something like that.
Although I'm curious about what it's like to be a girl, I'd miss
many things about being a guy if I was stuck... and I'm sure that
I'd miss many things about being a girl if I was
transported/transformed there and back.

I think it would be interesting if Jason and Jennifer's dad get a
sexual orientation swapper by accident when trying to recreate his
body swap machine, and then Jason and Jennifer accidentally switch
sexual orientations, and they have to cope with having new
feelings, before eventually switching back so that Jennifer can be
her old new self again so that in time for her wedding to Ritccie.

So any news on whether or not some sort of sequel is going to
happen here?

In the realm of tf body swap stories, no other story has even come
close to the caliber of "Body Switched".

I would like to know if new Jennifer ends up marrying her sweetie
Ritchie, and if Jason sticks with Cathy or not. I love this story,
but it left me with so many questions, that I really want to know
the answer to.

It would be fun to see Ritchie and Jennifer switch bodies, as she
previously imagined switching bodies with him if she got pregnant.
Would Jennifer enjoy being male again, although a different male,
and how would Ritchie feel, being Jennifer?

I'm a great admirer of this story, but I just wanted to let the
authors know that I believe I picked up on an error in the story.
Let me provide the two quotes from the story that I believe are
contradictory:
"'The homecoming dance is coming up!" Her brother said when she
reported back.
'I know - Ritchie is taking me!'
'Forget your date -- who cares who's taking you! It's not
important. The dance is!'
Jennifer disagreed strongly, but bit her tongue. Getting into an
argument wouldn't help.'"
"'School was a lot harder, especially after an unexpected move two
grades higher and strange new courses, but the current Jennifer
applied herself and read the textbooks. She avoided answering
questions in classes, aided by teachers who seemed to choose boys
more often than girls - and luckily the timing of becoming a new
person was excellent, the school year was winding down anyway and
most of the important grades were already achieved before she took
over as Jennifer. By the time finals came around, Jenny knew she
would be caught up to her new classmates. Besides, the old Jenny
had hardly signed up for accelerated classes the way she had when
she was Jason. She was an average student at her best. But the new
Jennifer was determined to do better than the prior resident of
this body did in school.
She had more immediate concerns than finals a few months away,
though.'"
The two things that I believe are contradictory are that the new
Jennifer says that "...the school year was winding down anyway and
most of the important grades were already achieved before she took
over as Jennifer. By the time finals came around..." and the fact
that the new Jason and Jennifer go to homecoming.
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't homecoming usually towards the
beginning of the school year, and Prom is the dance towards the
end?
I just wanted to point this out to the authors, not to be a jerk,
but just to let them know as a personal fan of their writings.

good catch. Did we forget to mention that they were swapped for 8
months so a whole school year went by during the bodyswap? they hit
the brainwash swap button by mistake! Yeah, that's it! ;) I kid, I
kid... actually, the machine that switches bodies also swapped the
two school events......
oh, ok, you got us!
(Unless you buy into the whole 8 months swapped idea!)

"I think it would be cool to see a chapter where Jason and Jennifer
are switched back by the remote by someone else's doing, and they
desperately try to relocate the remote to switch back again. It
would be interesting to see the how the New Jennifer responds to
being in her former body and how the new Jason reacts to being in
his former body again, before locating the remote and swapping back
again."
I think it would be interesting to do this idea, but have it happen
just days before the new Jennifer is to be wed to Ritchie. Maybe
Helen and Brad in their new bodies get revenge on the new Jason and
Jennifer by switching their bodies, thus placing Jennifer and Jason
back in their original bodies. They then rush to find the remote so
they can swap back in time for the old Jason to become the Jennifer
once again in time for his wedding do so that he can marry Ritchie,
as Jennifer.
What do you think of this idea Caleb, Eric?
Also have you two given any further thought to Book 3?

I think it would be cool if there was an additional chapter where
years down the road, somehow the new Jenny swaps bodies with Tommy,
and new Jenny as Tommy tries to switch back, while also trying to
conceal the fact that she used to be Jason.

I've been curious to know, why is it that, it seems like new Jenny
and new Jason don't particularly care for their new best friends,
Tommy and Allison. They both make negative comments about their new
friends, but never say anything really negative about their old
ones. I just found it strange since, they swapped bodies they
seemed to have started taking on eachother's likes and dislikes.
Eg. the new Jason no longer likes flowers, and develops a taste for
football, while the new Jenny stops liking football and starts
liking flowers,.

Oh, previous poster here, I forgot to ask, why do Jennifer and
Jason in their new bodies, start to dislike things they used to
enjoy and start taking on eachother's likes?

I was watching the movie series 'Halloween' yesterday and there was
a scene where the guys make a bet about this dude asking a girl
out, I was wondering is that wher eyou guys got the idea for the
bet Jason's friend gave him to ask out Kathy?
Also I've been wondering, why did the switching of Jason and
Jennifer's bodies change their personalities and sexual orientation
so radically?
Thanks, love the story guys.
