He is now the girl he went to prom with... faked an amnesia to
blend in..
The girl in the last panel is the one he first impersonated.. he
replaced her by breaking into her house before the trip. He gloated
this in the 10th page...

I don't think that's Kim that she's with, on page 10 he said he
'took her first', I'm assuming he killed her. She also doesn't have
Kim's dark hair, which again it's hard to be sure with the small
resolution B&W images. I really hope these get reposted with
full size scans.

Yeah, the low resolution images plus the fact the characters all
look kind of the same so it's hard to tell who's who.

I read this numerous times so I could connect the characters.
I believe he is Angie on the last page. She probably died when they
fell
or he killed her and shifted into her before the patrol found them.
Teddy also mentions the "you don't like guys thing" and Ralph did
seduce Angie as Kim earlier in the Comic. At the end it's 2 Women
in a
relationship so I assumed it's Ralph as Angie. Plus the Amulet on
the
billboard is a dead giveaway. Oh and let's not forget the Amnesia.
What better way for Ralph to be in the relationship without making
the
girlfriend question things.

Actually I hope it does goes with this gimmick, after all these
shapeshifts I'm happy to see some bodysuits for a change.
