Description
Penny is forced to stay home from a party to baby sit her little
brother and sister, Bebe and Cece, when Al Roker (who, for some
reason, has magical powers in the show) appears to her. Not
thinking, she wishes that Bebe and Cece were old enough to take
care of themselves, and Al Roker changes them from babies into
teenagers. At first, they are dressed in the same clothes as when
they were babies (same sized as well, apart from the diapers). They
change clothes shortly after.
