Alois Wässerchen, a merman, and his family have to remove to a new and a dry tenement.However, the current and humid tenement is perfect and located directly on the Vltava. Nevertheless, Dr. Jindrich Mrácek, the city clerk is unconvincible, so they have to put him away. In this kind of a fairytale, there are several sort of transformation. Size transformation, different inanimate transformations.... There is also a German-dubbed version available.
