Marked for deletion: merging data into The Legend of Zelda: Oracle
of Ages and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. Third item is
unknown where it applies to, if any as it is not really a
transformation, but the game taking control to show you how to do

The spirit of the evil Veran possesses the bodies of Zelda's nurse
Impa, the oracle of ages Nayru and Queen Ambi.
part way through the game, the evil Vaati, in an attempt to obtain
the all powerful "Light Force," possess the King of Hyrule and send
the guards out looking for it.
On a side note, whenever Link goes to train with one of the
swordsmen of Hyrule, in order to demonstrate the newly learned
technique, the swordsman breifly "possesses" Link's mind to show
how it works.
