Description
In one of the short fan art stories, the were-rats, Lydia, Romeo
and Moisha, have to fight off a massive sea monster that's landed
on the beach where they're trying to relax. This sea monster seems
to have been summoned by a woman in a skimpy bikini who's wearing
glasses and holding an "eldritch book" for some reason. At the very
end, when the were-rats use a - creative - method to defeat the
monster, the woman, standing by a palm tree, lights up a cigar...
using only her finger. There is no reveal or transform here, but
the trademark stogie is a telltale sign that "she" is yet another
guise of the were-rats' former mentor Gothwrain.
