Cat Grant suspects that Kara is really Supergirl for most of the episode. Kara keeps trying to convince her that she isn't to no avail.

Finally she enlists the help of Hank Henshaw who is really a shape shifting alien called J'onn J'onzz who has many abilities including shape shifting and flight. Hank transformed into a copy of Supergirl and flew into Cat's office to meet with her. Meanwhile the real Kara also stepped into the office allowing Cat to see them both together. They even shook hands and pretended to meet one another.
